The Be Empowered resources page is an online webpage that aims to inform and empower Tri-Municipal Region residents by sharing domestic abuse and gender-based violence resources, 365 days a year.

Updated at minimum on a yearly basis, the Be Empowered webpage is proudly supported by the City of Spruce Grove, the Town of Stony Plain, Parkland County, and partners representing the Family Violence Prevention Month regional committee.
