The Stony Plain Provincial Court is the court of jurisdiction for Spruce Grove / Stony Plain and Parkland County.

Every Wednesday, Docket Court is held. This is also called First Appearance Day for those that have been charged with a criminal offence.
The Domestic Violence Support Team (DVST) is available at Docket Court to provide assistance and information to Crown Prosecutors, Defense Counsel, Judges and to support victims and offenders of Domestic Violence.
